Roadshow Revival Street Team

Help us revive the spirit of Johnny Cash!

Roadshow Revival Street team applicants must read and acknowledge the Task Instructions below. If you are approved as a RSR Street Team member, you must submit proof of task completion no later than June 1. If you do not submit proof, then you will not receive the GIFT for that task. Tasks should be completed in order (1-4). You will not receive a GIFT for a task until the previous tasks are completed and proof is submitted.

INSTRUCTIONS AND MATERIALS

All approved Street Team Members must make an appointment with the Roadshow Revival LLC. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday between 9am and 6pm. During the appointment we will go over Street Team etiquette and review the Street Team tasks. You will be required to show a valid Photo ID and sign a waiver. You will also receive the necessary materials to complete your tasks (i.e. flyers and posters) during your appointment. Email ross@roadshowrevival.com to schedule appointment.

#1 - SOCIAL MEDIA TASK

(GIFT RSR Event Shirt)

You must 'Like' theRoadshowrevival Facebook Page and 'Share' the page with your Facebook friends. To 'Like' the page, login to your personal Facebook account. After you login, click our Facebook Link: http://www.facebook.com/theroadshowrevival. Once you visit our page, click the 'like' button at the top of the page. After you 'Like' our page you need to then 'Share' it with your friends. The link to 'Share' is at the bottom of the left hand column on our Facebook Page.  You must also share all Roadshow Revival posts up until the festival on June 15th.  After you complete the task, send an email to ross@roadshowrevival.com and notify us. Collect your shirt at the Merchandise booth at the festival.

#2 - HANGING POSTERS TASK (10-15 Posters)

Promote Roadshow Revival by hanging posters in visible, high-traffic locations at retail businesses. You will be given 10-15 posters that must be distributed by May 15th. When hanging a poster at retail locations, no more than 1 two sided poster can be left at each location. You may not leave a poster at a location that already has one. You must ask the manager or owner for permission. Once you get permission to hang a double sided poster, take a photo of the hanging poster and collect a business card and thank them for there support and let them know they will be put into a drawing for 2 GA tickets for the festival. Return business cars to RSR LLC.  Your list and photos should be emailed to ross@roadshowrevival.com.

#3 - FLYERING TASK – LOCAL BUSINESSES (600 FLYERS)

(GIFT 1 GA Ticket)

Promote Roadshow Revival by flyering at local retail businesses. You will be given 600 flyers that must be distributed by May 15th When flyering at retail locations, please leave no more than 30 flyers at each location. You may not leave flyers at a location that already has flyers. You must ask the owner or manager for permission to leave flyers at their business. After distributing 600 flyers, collect a business card from each location and let them know they will be also entered into the GA ticket drawing and you must email a list of each business you flyered with the contact information and there email along with 5-10 photos for proof. Your list and photos should be emailed to ross@roadshowrevival.com.

#4 - FLYERING TASK – LOCAL COMMUNITY EVENTS OR CONCERTS (400 FLYERS)

Promote Roadshow Revival by flyering at local community events or concerts (i.e. Music Events, Record stores, Like Events , Car and Bike shows, etc.). You will be given 400 flyers that must be distributed by May 15 th You must hand flyers to people and cannot just leave your entire stack of flyers at a booth or venue. We recommend distributing between 50-75 flyers at each community event/concert, but please use your judgment based on the number of attendees. After distributing 400 flyers, you must email a list of each local event that you flyered at along with 5-10 photos. Your list and photos should be emailed to ross@roadshowrevival.com.
